Shipping & Returns
All LiteGR orders are fulfilled by Amazon. When you click "Buy on Amazon" on our site, your purchase is processed and shipped through Amazon's fulfillment network.
Shipping
Shipping options, delivery times, and tracking are handled directly by Amazon. Most orders ship via Prime two-day delivery. International shipping availability depends on Amazon's policies for your region.

Returns
Returns are handled through Amazon's standard return policy. Most products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is typically free for Prime-eligible orders.
To start a return: log into your Amazon account, find the order under "Your Orders", and click "Return or Replace Items".
Warranty
Every Sofa Sidekick is backed by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty covers the product arriving broken or having faulty workmanship. It does not cover accidental damage, modification, or normal wear.
To make a warranty claim, email hello@litegr.com with your Amazon order number and a photo of the issue. We typically respond within two business days.
Brand Referral attribution
When you purchase through our site, Amazon may attribute the sale to LiteGR via the Amazon Attribution program. This helps us measure how our marketing is working. It does not change the price you pay or the experience of your order.
